Yoga

for every body
Register for Class!
Yoga for Every Body is a new class series for individuals with any level of movement experience to build a yoga practice. All classes will be conducted on Zoom, and you don't even need a yoga mat to participate! These gentle classes will be geared towards mindfulness and movement that soothes and activates the body. Classes are free, and are taught by Michael Landez as he seeks to complete his 200-HR yoga teacher certification this spring. Please join us for an hour as we build a community of support in these trying and sedentary times.

Class Times and Dates:

Sunday, March 14 | 11AM-12PM
Tuesday, March 16 | 7-8PM
Sunday, March 21 | 11AM-12PM

Register for Class!
How it works:
Every class is free of charge, but registration is required. To register for a class, follow the link to ACPAA’s TicketPeak, where there will be a place to sign up for the class you would like to attend. You can attend as many classes as you would like. Please be sure to provide an accurate email you can access easily. Follow the links above to join us for class!
For each class, you will need about 5’ by 5’ feet of space to move around in without hurting yourself. If you require special accommodations, please feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to make the classes as accessible as possible.

Any questions? Feel free to reach out and ask us at Michael.landez@acpaainc.org.
