Performer Information
A NOTE ABOUT THE FORT SAM HOUSTON PERFORMANCE:
At 8pm on Tuesday May 8th, the box office for civilian guests closed to ensure the proper amount of time needed for clearance.
Everyone in the cast (or their parents/ride) needed to have ID information in to us by May 6th, as stated in our previous emails, at orientation and on our website. We verified everyone did have their parent/guardian on the list. That list was submitted on May 6th at 8pm. People that added their information after May 6th have not received clearance will be turned away at the gate.
Only the people that got their information in on May 6th will be able to drive on to the base. (At the Harry Wurzbach Gate)
Parents on the gate list will be allowed to attend the show free of charge. All DOD/Military and any guests THEY bring will also be allowed to attend the show for free.
Anyone that did not have their name on the cast gate list by May 6th or in the box office will have to wait until next weekend to see the show. Please do not call the box office and leave a nasty message. They have no control over what the Military decides to do. If you run into issues please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
