Rentals & Choreography

Marley Dance Flooring Rental

Marley Dance Floor Rentals
Harlequin Reversible Pro™ (black/grey)
  • Inventory: 8 rolls — 6’6” × 49’ each
  • Rate: $150 per roll (per day/event)

  • Coverage: ~318.5 sq ft per roll; ~2,548 sq ft total
Harlequin Cascade™ (black)
  • Inventory: 6 rolls — 6’6” × 19’6” each
  • Rate: $150 per roll (per day/event)
  • Coverage: ~126.75 sq ft per roll; ~760.5 sq ft total

Service & Handling Fees
  • Delivery: $50 (within Loop 1604)
  • Pick-Up: $50 (within Loop 1604)
  • Lay Marley (install & tape): $50 per roll (includes strike; premium vinyl tape included)
  • Cleaning (if returned uncleaned): $50 per roll
  • Incorrect roll-up fee: $50 per roll
  • Deposit to hold date: $100 (non-refundable)
Payment: 50% deposit required to book, balance due 7 days before event. 

Use & Restrictions
  • No Folklórico or Flamenco (or other hard-soled/tap footwear).
  • Outdoor use restricted — surface must be dry, smooth, shaded/covered; we may decline unsafe setups.
  • Surface prep: Area must be broom-clean, dry, and free of protrusions before install.
  • Scheduling: Client must ensure venue access for delivery, install, strike, and pick-up at agreed times.

Damage Policy
  • Inspection at pickup.
  • Damage fees: Assessed per incident and range from $100 up to full replacement cost of the affected roll(s), depending on severity (tears, punctures, adhesive residue, moisture damage, burns, etc.).
  • Excess residue or spills: If beyond normal wear, cleaning charges apply (see above).

Quick Quote (example)4 Reversible Pro rolls: Rental $600 + Lay $200 + Delivery/Pick-Up $100 = $900 (+ tax).

Studio Rental Rates

Studio Rentals at Alamo City Arts
Our professional studios are designed for rehearsals, classes, and workshops. Every space includes sprung floors, full-wall mirrors, WiFi, climate control, restrooms, and Bluetooth sound systems. Studios A and B feature permanent ballet barres; Studio C has portable barres available upon request.

Studio A
Size/Capacity: 22’ × 40’ (≈880 sq ft), up to ~20 dancers
Flooring: Sprung with Marley overlay
Features: Mirrors, permanent barres, Bluetooth sound
Rate: $40 per hour (standard) • $35 per hour (nonprofit with 501(c)(3) proof)

​Studio B
Size/Capacity: 22’ × 50’ (≈1,100 sq ft), up to ~35 dancers
Flooring: Sprung with Marley overlay
Features: Mirrors, permanent barres, Bluetooth sound
Rate: $55 per hour (standard) • $45 per hour (nonprofit with 501(c)(3) proof)

Studio C
Size/Capacity: 22’ × 40’ (≈880 sq ft), up to ~20 dancers
Flooring: Sprung wood floor
Features: Mirrors, portable barres available, Bluetooth sound
Rate: $40 per hour (standard) • $35 per hour (nonprofit with 501(c)(3) proof)

Policies
  • Minimum booking: 2 hours for evenings and weekends.
  • Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your date (applied to final balance).
  • Payment schedule: 50% deposit at booking; remaining balance due 7 days prior to rental.
  • Cancellations:
    • 14+ days’ notice: deposit forfeited only.
    • Less than 14 days: 75% of total due.
    • Less than 72 hours: full balance due.
  • Rescheduling: One reschedule at no charge with 14+ days’ notice (subject to availability).
Add-Ons & Fees
  • Cleaning fee: $30 if the studio is left unclean.
  • Damage: Any damage to studio equipment or fixtures will be billed at replacement cost.

Quinceañera Choreography

Basic Special Event Package:  $750.00
  • Consultation with the choreographer to discuss the theme and style of dance you would like to perform.
  • Six hours of rehearsal time with studio rental
  • One choreographed dance (roughly 2 ½ minutes)
  • Choreographed procession

Premium Special Event Package: $1,150.00
  •  Consultation with the choreographer to discuss the theme and style of dances you would like to perform.
  • Eight hours of rehearsal time with studio rental
  • Two choreographed dances (roughly 2 ½ minutes each)
  • Music editing
  • Choreographed procession

Ultimate Special Event Package:  $1,700.00
  • Consultation with the choreographer to discuss the theme and style of dances you would like to perform.
  • Ten hours of rehearsal time with studio rental
  • Three choreographed dance ( roughly 2 ½ minutes each)
  • Music editing
  • Choreographed procession
  • Day of Coordinator

Mariachi & Performer Packages

Bring the unforgettable sound and energy of Mariachi to your next celebration. Each package includes professional musicians in full traditional attire.

Fiesta Package — 5 performers
  • 1 hour of live Mariachi performance … $640
  • Additional performance hour … $520

Serenata Package — 9 performers
  • 1 hour of live Mariachi performance … $1,105
  • Additional performance hour … $936

Gran Gala Package — 12 performers
  • 1 hour of live Mariachi performance … $1,390
  • Additional performance hour … $1,250

Booking Information
  • Deposit & Payment
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
  • Travel Radius
    • All rates include travel within Loop 1604.
    • Additional mileage outside this area may incur a travel fee.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations made 14+ days prior: deposit forfeited only.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior: 75% of total fee due.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours: full balance due.
    • One reschedule allowed at no charge with 14+ days’ notice (subject to availability).
  • Overtime Policy
    • Overtime must be approved and paid in advance before extending beyond contracted hours.
  • Setup & Requirements
    • Performers arrive 15–30 minutes early for setup.
    • Outdoor events must provide adequate shade/cover for performers.
    • Adequate performance space is required for groups and dancers.
    • Power access required if amplification is requested.
  • Weather / Force Majeure
    • If extreme weather or circumstances beyond control prevent performance, we will reschedule at no penalty (subject to availability).
