Joseph Mclemore, principal trombone
Joseph Mclemore works in education as a middle school band director. In addition to helping prepare students for concerts, contests, and more, he enjoys spending his time serving as Symphony Viva’s principal trombonist. “I’m always overjoyed to play with Symphony Viva, the repertoire, musicians, and music we produce are always top notch.” A South Texas native, Joseph attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, receiving his Bachelors of Music. Depending on the weather and the season, he can be found out and about across San Antonio and surrounding areas, often with his dog, Chance.
